Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@vinnithelabel.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

DAMAGES + ISSUES 


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If there is an issue, send the image to info@vinnithelabel.com, and we will sort it out. 


EXEMPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items. When a promo code is used this disqualifies the item(s).

Used and worn clothing cannot be exchanged.
